Eagle: In magical symbolism, the Kerubic emblem of the element of water (not air as one might suspect); it derives from the complex magical symbolism of the zodiacal sign Scorpio. In alchemy, the eagle is common symbol,& usually represents mercury. Paired with the lion, it represents mercury & sulphur, the basic priciples of all metallic substances.

Elementary Spirit: In most versions of occult philosophy, another term for elementals; In some sources, the term "elementary" is used for those spirits who have bodies formed from two or three elements, while the term "elemental" is reserved for those w/ bodies of a single element. Just to add to the confusion, still other sources use the term to refer to the souls of the deceased human beings.

Elohim: (Hebrew ALHIM, "deities") One of the most important of the names of God in Cabala & ceremonial magic, the word Elohim is a grammatical oddity in Hebrew, made from the feminine noun Elohe, "goddess," and the masculine plural ending -im.  As the thrid word in the book of Genesis, it is the first divine name that occurs in the bible.

Enoch: According to the Book of Genesis, the great-great-great-great-grandson of Adam. He was the son of Jared and the father of Methuselah, and lived for 365 years. An enigmatic comment in the Bible suggests something unusual around his death: "He walked with God and was not, for God took him" (Genesis 5:24). Later Jewish commentaries & apocyphal writtings expanded this brief mention into an entiremythology, according to which Enoch had not died, but was carried off bodily by God to Heaven, where he became the mighty archangel Metatron.
